The process

Phase One

Research

  • Meet & Greet- Virtually or in person
  • Initial Visit with designers at the project site
  • Scope of Work prepared and presented
  • Signing of contract, receipt of design payment
  • Commencement of project (internal kick-off meeting)
  • Client Interviews (ongoing as needed)- discussion of Design Concept
Phase Two

Development

  • Trade Day- meeting with professional Trades at project site
  • Execution of floor plans, elevations, sourcing fabrics, furnishings & finishes  
  • Presentation of Design
  • Revisions & Final Approval
Phase Three:

Procurement

  • Placement of orders and delivery lead time assessment
  • Initiation of construction & renovation
  • Procurement period continues, receipt of orders, project site visits continue     
Phase Four:

Installation

  • Furniture installation and client reveal
  • Accessory completion/ styling & staging
  • Punch list and deficiency resolution
